Experience award-winning delicacies created by The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island with your wellness in mind. The Festival includes four meals with a bonfire reception and a communal dinner. Nutrient rich, sustainably farmed, featuring local produce and specialty touches like Himalayan Rock Salt and artisanal honey, each meal will leave you feeling heartened and healthy. With a rich array of superfoods and range of dishes, guests with special dietary needs will have their preferences catered to. The Amelia Island Wellness Festival brings together an inspiring mix of experts in Mind, Body and Spirit to experience disciplines without intimidation or judgement. Engage with the experts, learn mindful practices, reflect on your life, and develop an individual path to wellness.


This November, escape the fast pace of daily life and focus on yourself in a serene, oceanfront setting with 13 miles of uncrowded beaches and the legendary service and comfort of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. 

The program features a weekend of experiences with wellness masters from the fields of yoga, mindfulness, dance, and fitness. A variety of entertainment and inspiring activities will stimulate your mind and senses, while the Festival culminates in a vision of how you can live in the moment with a sense of well-being.
